The best time to book
For a very early pickup, it is better to book at least the day before. If you already know your travel date, booking earlier gives more room to confirm the details and fix an address or timing issue before the night of the trip.
What to include in your request
- Your exact pickup address.
- The exact time you want to leave.
- The number of passengers.
- Any luggage or special equipment.
- Your destination, such as YUL, a hotel, a station or a medical appointment.
What is different about before-dawn rides
An early morning trip is not just a normal daytime ride. You should build in a small buffer, be ready a few minutes early, and avoid changing the plan at the last minute. If your pickup location has controlled access, mention that in advance.
When calling is better than using the form
If your ride is less than 24 hours away, if you are travelling with a group, or if you need to confirm a sensitive detail, calling directly is usually the clearest option.
